How to obtain Windows FullAccessMode

Create a folder on your desktop named:

FullAccessMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

When you double click on it you will be presented with FullAccessMode window that contains a lot (really lot) options you can tweak and play around.
