To measure boot times use
systemd-analyze
Result should look something like:
Startup finished in 2.463s (kernel) + 53.052s (userspace) = 55.516s

Force fsck on gk802 and other i.MX6 based systems
I had an issue with my root partition and I could not force fsck to be executed with creating /forcefsck.
Here is my /uEnv.txt that handles mounting of /dev/root:
bootargs_video=gpumem=64M video=mxcfb0:dev=hdmi,1280x720M@60,if=RGB24 fbmem=10M linux=boot/dongle.img devicetree=boot/dongle.dtb options=console=ttymxc3,115200n8 root=/dev/mmcblk0p1 ro rootwait

Install XP from USB stick from DOS/HIREN BOOT CD
The easiest way is to have on your USB stick something like HIREN BOOT CD that you can boot of to DOS. You can use f.e. file explorer likeVolkov Commander from HIREN BOOT CD to copy contents of I386 folder to hard drive we want to install windows xp and then:
CD C:\I386 WINNT.exe
